
Ingredients
2 green pears, thinly sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed and sliced
1 cup strawberries, halved and sliced into wedges
⅓ cup fresh mint leaves
80 g Greek style feta, crumbled
1 lemon, zested
Olive oil to serve
Method

Arrange the salad by placing the pears, peas, strawberries and mint in a large bowl or over a large platter. Garnish with crumbled feta, lemon zest, drizzle of olive oil. Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
