
Ingredients
Dressing
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Slaw
4 cups shaved brussel sprouts
2  pears, sliced and cored
2 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
3  radishes, finely sliced
100 g gorgonzola
Chives, to garnish
Method
Dressing

Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and season. Place lid on and shake to combine, set aside
Slaw
2
Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl, toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle chives and serve
