
Flatbread with Pear, Ricotta, Hot Honey & Rocket
Ingredients
2 large pears, thinly sliced
2 large flatbreads or pizza bases
1 cup spreadable, smooth ricotta cheese
To Serve:
Hot honey, for drizzling
Handful of fresh rocket
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spread ricotta over the flatbreads or pizza bases. Top with the sliced pears and place into the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the pears soften slightly and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.

Remove from the oven and finish with rocket, a drizzle of hot honey, sea salt and cracked black pepper.

Slice and serve immediately.
